Remove old switch using flat screwdriver to pry out and access plug
Disconnected plug from switch
Connected new switch
Pushed new switch into position

I ordered replacement switch and it was a perfect match
Used a long screwdriver to press locking tabs in from under the switch panel and pulled switch out from the top
Then unplugged connector from switch, replugged to new switch and pushed back into the switch panel of lawnmower
