This flap is an OEM direct from Black and Decker. Made of a rubber composite, this item is compatible with several lawn mowers, and is sold individually. The flap is fitted onto the rear of the mower deck, providing protection to the operator from debris. Pliers and a screwdriver may be needed for the removal and replacement.
