1. Removed old cable and lever assembly from handle.
2. To remove the lever assembly had to be dismantled to get the cable out and attach the new cable to the lever.
3. Replace the reassembled lever assembly and attach the other end of the cable to the keyed connection of the locking mechanism at the bottom of the handle.
... Read more/>4. Pay attention when attaching the cable to the lever assembly. The outside cable housing has a flange that must be inserted in the proper location to keep it from moving. Do not forget to put the square lock nut in the slot (bolt from the handle goes in here).)
