This pulley-starter is a genuine replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is compatible with over 150 engines. This pulley-starter is used to start the engine by rotating when the starter rope is pulled. This part is made of plastic, and it should be replaced if it is broken or damaged. Please note this part is sold individually and does not include the starter rope (part 691921).
