Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.
The collars broke upon tightening them. Therefore allowing a crack in them so I had additional ones in my truck as a service company Tri-State Machinery 201-666-1571
1. Remove from package and inspect for damage
2. Get tools ready 13mm wrench
3. Allen key set
4. Rubber mallet
5. Position casting and drew together Allen bolts ,washers
6. Check alignment of casting to Safety Cage.
