Can this spindle be purchases with the bearings installed?

Parts Used:: 3520B-208

Removed handwheel and spindle nut, loosened set screws on pulleys inside headstock.
Using rubber hammer, knocked spindle out of headstock to replace bearings. Once bearings have been replaced reverse with new belt.
