Exceptional service
A critical part of my lathe got jammed and I initially could not free it up. Since I was concerned that I would not be able to use the lathe, I found the exact replacement part at eReplacementParts and ordered it. (I was afraid that I would not be able to find the part, since the lathe is about 10 years old.) I received it within a few days. However, before I received it, I was able to unstick the part. I initially requested a return on the website, but could not make it work. So I called and spoke with a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady who quickly solved the issue.
