This is an original Waring replacement part. The speed nut is designed by the manufacturer for use in juicers. This part is made of metal, and is generally used to secure the impeller. You may require pliers when removing the old part. The new part can simply be snapped into place. Please be aware that these nuts are not reusable and will need to be replaced every timer they are removed. You may wish to purchase a spare. This part is sold individually.
