This stainless steel dome is an authentic OEM part. It was designed for use in Breville's 800 Class Citrus Press and is used to press fruit against the juicing cone. To remove the old dome, simply press the button labeled "Press" to release. Align the tab on top of the dome with the hole in the juicing press arm and snap into place. One item is included per order.
