It is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty spring that was installed on a new unit. The purpose of this part is to apply tension on the actuator. Refer to the diagrams of your specific model for the exact location and installation of this hardware. One durable metal spring is included. Note, the <a href="http://www.ereplacementparts.com/pin-p-90671.html" target=blank><u>#584627-00 Pin</u></a> that is utilized to secure it is sold separately.
