It is a genuine item that is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with drills, grinders, jointers, polishers, routers, sanders, and saws made by DeWALT, Black & Decker, and Porter Cable. This is made out of rubber and is sold individually. It might require an allen wrench to replace this part if it becomes broken.
