The roller that makes the arm that the blade is attached to move up and down broke

Remove the tool from the housing(about 6 screws).

Remove the front of tool (4 screws)

Remove broken part,it will just lift out,make sure that all broken pieces of metal are removed

Install new roller in slot,it just sits right in, use a high quality lube to thoroughly lube area

As your installing t he front of the tool use the blade arm to move the slot into alignment with the new roller

Re-install screws to front of tool and reinstall tool in plastic housing.


This part has broken before about a year ago and seems to be the only weakness it has,this time I ordered 2 of them,they are cheap, less then $3.00 a piece, I paid one shipping charge and have the 2nd one for replacement if needed a year from now. and will not have to wait.
