I removed the entire plastic covering by taking out 7 mini screws with a tiny screwdriver. I then removed the old brushes from itGÇÖs casing and inserted the new ones. I then put the covering back together And the drill worked.

Remove housing half, remove the old brushes from the brush holders. Insert the new brushes into the brush holders. Screw housings together.
