Bad cord and seal.

Remove the top handle of the saw and rear housing cover
Remove the cord clamp
Remove the cord wires from the switch
Remove the cord relief from the old cord and slid it on the new cord
Connect the wires to the switch from the new cord
Replace the cord clamp
Replace the back cover and the top handle ... Read more />Remove the the complete gear case assembly
Remove the worn seal and clean the area
Install the new seal
Replace the gear case assembly
