A damaged handle or cord can make a steam iron unsafe to use. This replacement assembly fits select steam station irons and includes the handle and attached cord. Stop using the iron if wires are exposed, the cord feels loose, or power cuts in and out. Use the complete iron model number to guarantee the proper fit. Disconnect the power and allow the unit to cool before repair. Installation involves internal wiring and should be done by a trained repair person if you are unsure.
