This part is an OEM from Ingersoll Rand for use in air impact tools. The valve attaches to the inlet and is made of metal. It may require a wrench during installation. It will require replacing if it becomes broken. This item is available as an individual replacement part.
Rebuilt my IR2115 impact with the tune up kit and hammer tune up kit. Installed a new reverse valve.
