This replacement armature assembly is an authentic item that is specially manufactured for Milwaukee impact wrenches. It is a center component of an electric motor, armatures fail most often from heat and stress when the tool is overloaded. It is a complete assembly which includes an armature, a plastic fan, armature bearing and commutator end bearing. It is highly recommended to replace both carbon brushes when replacing an armature. Please note this assembly is sold individually.
