This is a genuine OEM part. The (50 x 40mm pan head pt t-20) screw is made for use with several Milwaukee impact wrenches. The metal screw helps to fasten the front housing assembly to the clamshell housing, and is sold individually. You will need a screwdriver for the proper installation.
