I had to cut the anvil off at the front of drill with a cut off wheel, disassemble drill, remove cut anvil, replace it, re assemble bit locking collar after removing, cut off incorrect bit. Works perfect saved the boss a hundred or so dollars on a new tool. I am a hero.
