The most common reason for replacing the throttle control trigger is if the engine doesn't rev up when you pull the trigger. This part is sold individually. Here is a list of tools that are needed to replace the throttle trigger a T20 Torx head screwdriver, T25 Torx head screwdriver, needle-nose pliers and a clamp.
