Wrong part.
I ordered and received the wrong part. When I called to ordered the right part, Dan offered to initiate a return but i said it wasn't worth the $6 in postage i had been initially charged to return a $12 part. He was helpful looking up the right part and took payment without giving me the total for the new order. I was charged over $15 for the smaller cheaper $10 part. I got the confirmation email while still on the phone with him and asked why a smaller cheaper part cost 2.5 times more than the first order. He said that's just what came up for shipping options. It didn't make sense to me. I canceled the order and purchased the correct part elsewhere for the same price and more reasonable shipping.
