Remove cover, unplug fans and unscrew 2 screws on each. Then replace.

Removed the cover. Unhooked power wires and unscrewed element screws and replaced burned out unit with new one. And reversed replacement order. This was my second installation.

Removed cover, removed screw in heater housing, unclipped wires, removed heater. Replaced heat element and installed.

The safety fuse had blown and would not let the ceiling fan heater work.

1.There was only three wires to unhook.
2.Put the three screws back in their original places that holds unit together.
3.Reattach the three wires unhooked earlier that were push on type.
4.Mount the unit back into ceiling fan housing with one screw.
5.Reattach power wires back into socket that snap together.
6.Install cover housing over unit.
7.Turn switch on and your done.

Turn off power
1. Remove light bulb cover
2. Remove light bulb
3. Remove one screw
4. Sit cover aside
5. Unplug old heater element
6. Remove screw holding heat element in place
7. Sit old heat element aside
8. Reverse instructions using new heat element

1. Removed the heater fan and heating element.
2. A failed component in the heater circuitry was keeping the heater coil and heater fan circuit open.
3. Replaced the heating coiling assembly.
4. Heating coil and fan worked properly with the new assembly.
