Mr. Heater replacement knob P/N 78418
This part didn't work for my Mr. Heater gas. I couldn't find the exact same knob that looked like the one I needed to be replaced. I ended going on Mr. Heater actual website and found the exact knob I'll need. They were closed on the weekend so I'm calling this morning. The part #80006. I ordered 3 sending the other two back. To make the one knob I received from this company work, I had to drill down the opening far enough until it fit the metal connection on my heater. It stands up high but it'll do until I get the part that goes with the Mr. Heater gas heater.

This part matched the part number on my propane heater but did not fit the hole. I cut original hole with Drexel to make it fit. The center hole was too small to fit the heaters control mechanism so had to make the replacement parts center hole bigger also with Dremel. All numbers are the same so it wasnt an error in ordering. It works fine now after all the alterations.
