1. Unplug heater
2. Remove control panel cover (held in place by snap tabs)
4. Pull out double switch and record wiring configuration
5. Pull out wiring connectors
6. Connect wires to double switch
7. Snap double switch into position
8. Snap control cover
9. Plug power cord to outlet
And enj oy the warm glow of heater and sense of accomplishment!

One half of double switch broke (melted, on inspection)

Removed cover. Took photos of wiring. Removed switch. Ordered replacement part. Re installed the switch following wiring guide. Switch smaller but safe and functioning perfectly. Thank you.

Switch burned out

Removed panel popped out old switch . Removed push on wires . Noted where they went . Popped in new switch from you guys .pushed on the wires .replaced the panel and it works great saved about 100.00 bucks. Thanks

Unscrew the faceplate with one screw. Look at which switch side is on which side. Pull old switch using a screwdriver to push switch tabs back. Pull the wires of one at a time from the old switch and put them on the new switch. (Make sure you run the wires through the cover plate.) Push the switch in place and re-screw the cover plate.

Toggle switch came apart when I flipped the switch to turn on.

1 Unplug power cord.
2 Removed screw at top of panel and pinched the bottom to get entire front off.
3 Pull wire connects off of old switch.
4 Pinch top and bottom of switch to snap out.
5 Push new switch in by hand and reattach wires in the same place from where you pulled the wires from.
6 Line bottom up, s nap in, reinstall screw.
7 Plug into wall and flip on. Job done.

Heat control switch was not working properly

I removed the cover, pushed the lock tabs to release the old switch, then changed the wires from the old switch to the new one and snapped the new switch into place. 15 minute repair. Works like new.
