1. Removed old motor fan unit.
2. Cleaned and vacuumed housing area.
3. Installed new blower fan unit.
4. Tightened all hardware.
5. Enjoyed new and Quiet blower.

Bathroom fan would not work.

Took off cover. Unplugged fan and took out 2 screws. Took motor out and replaced with new one. And pressed the new fan on the motor shaft. A very easy fix.

Repair went great. New part fit with no problem. Took old fan off motor shaft and the new one went right on screwed the motor back in place and turned it on. Ran just find. Good for another 20 yrs.
