Disappointed
The fact that you had the part was excellent! When I l ordered the part, I had no idea that you had to order it from someone else. The time frame from ordering the part and receiving it was disappointing. It would be nice to let the customer know that you have to order it from someone else. And just how long it will take to get the part.
