1. Removed the two screws holding the cover plate on.
2. Pryed off the handle with a flathead screwdriver.
3. Removed the power cord retaining Strap.
4. Removed the switch mechanism (noting positioning of the power feeds to switch)
5. Reinstalled switch in new handle
6. Reinstall removed parts in revers
