This is a genuine OEM part from the Ridgid manufacturer. The side handle cap is constructed of durable plastic, and is compatible with the R5011 1/2" Hammer Drill and the R5013 1/2" Hammer Drill. The side handle cap is fitted between the side handle and the carrier assembly. This component secures and protects the user's hand when in operation. Although this part is sold individually, it is also included in the handle assembly (301374001). No tools should be needed in making the repair.
