Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.

Rear bearing failure burned out brushes. I pushed the tool too hard! I was amazed tool was running just before shut down with all the damages inside.

Difficulty Level:
A Bit Difficult
Total Repair Time:
30 - 60 mins
Tools:
Screw drivers, Wrench (Adjustable)
1 Disassemble, inspect damage. List parts needed.
2. Search online...found you guys...found my tool listed (Milwaukee 28volt grinder) ordered exact parts needed through exploded parts view of tool listed.
3. Put my disassembled grinder away in a bag and waited for parts.
4. Received parts and reassemble. Only delicate procedure was to remove old bearing race to install new bearing. Used an adjustable wrench in a vice to support old bearing race to punch out. Delicate only because you don\'t want to damage any part of the armature.
5. The old parts were burned and disintegrated! Before pressing new bearing on armature shaft, make sure of any parts that may need to go on like my tool.. plastic end cap to keep dust out of bearing.

Thanks to eReplacement Parts my $300 Baby is working for 40 bucks!!
