This an authentic OEM part. The carbon brush set is compatible with several rotary hammer tools. Composed of carbon and metal, this item is fastened on each side of the service armature. The purpose of brushes is to conduct current in an electric motor that powers the tool. This assembly includes two carbon brushes. Please note it is advised to replace both brushes at the same time to ensure even wear. This part is sold individually. A screwdriver is needed to make the proper removal and replacement.
