Chuck key was lost in a move. Surprisingly difficult to find. Very expensive Bosch, right-angle drill, electric only. Two chuck keys arrived promptly and for a reasonable price. They were labeled \'Made in Germany\'. Many thanks to this company for providing this service!

REMOVED CHUCK. MINE WAS MISSING THE LOCK SCREW INSIDE THE CHUCK. THIS WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED FIRST. USUALLY REVERSE THREAD.
NEXT, TIGHTENED A LARGE ALLEN WRENCH IN CHUCK, THEN WHACKED ALLEN WRENCH WITH A HAMMER, WHILE HOLDING SHAFT CHUCK IS ATTACHED TO, WITH A THIN OPEN ENDED WRENCH. REPLACED CHUCK.
