Difficulty Level:

Total Repair Time:

Tools:
Screw drivers, Socket set, Wrench (Adjustable)
Parts Used:

1. Disassemble entire electrical housing.
2. Use bearing puller to remove one bearing and chisel for the other.
3. Bearing with fan beneath it becomes sacrificial to remove. Part number 241809-3 is not a direct replacement for the 9900B belt sander. The original fan was pressed in place with a larger pressed on fitting. The large OEM fitting must be removed to press this replacement fan on, but after removed it does fit perfect.
4. Replace bearings and reassemble.
