Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.

The ignition system on our Weber grill failed (after 11 years). Just had to replace the ignitor module, ignitor andcwiring. Very easy. While I was at it, I replaced the thermostat that had gotten hazy

Per WeberGÇÖs included instructions, I just removed the old ignitor module - no tools needed - and replaced it with the new one - no tools needed. I removed the ignitor thatGÇÖs in the gas burner that starts the charcoal and replaced it with the new ignitor lead. Pliers were necessary because of corrosion. I removed the ground lead from t he burner (Phillips head #1 screwdriver) and replaced the ground lead and its screw that affixes the ground to the burner. Then just plug the ends of the leads into the correct terminals on the ignitor module. And youGÇÖre done!

The thermometer replacement required the pliers to break loose the wing nut (inside) that secures the thermometer to the lid. A new wing nut is supplied with the new thermometer.
