Hello Don, Thank you for writing. We suggest checking the Hose with Quick Connect to make sure it is sending the gas to the Burners. You can also check the Manifold Valves. We hope this information is useful!
Hi William, Thank you for your question. Your owner's manual recommends to use the hose that comes with the grill, part number 99263. If it becomes worn or damaged, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
