1. Remove the grill lid - this was the most difficult step as both clevis pins had fused with the hinge and they sheared off when I tried to remove them. Tried to drill them out and use a bolt extractor, but they never did budge. Uses drill to clean the hole on the lid hinge.
2. Followed clear, step-by-step directions to remove pane
... Read morels, burners and brackets using screwdriver and socket set.
3. Bolts connecting old firebox to frame were corroded from moisture and heat. Used Dremel to cut through those and pop off the bracket.
4. Further steps were straightforward per included directions.
5. Also replaced burners and starter.
6. Grill works like new again!
