Place tape in the front where you intend to mount the additional handle with heat shield. Find center of lid and mark the holes using the handle assembly as a guide. Use a small drill bit to make the initial holes, then ream with a step drill bit or unibit to the appropriate size to accommodate the Weber handle with heat shield. Instal l handle into the holes, and tighten with 1/4 -20 nuts until tight. I did not use the cheap nuts that came with the handle assembly.

The handle replacement was simple 2 nuts on the inside of the lid hold the handle on. The wheels I used pliers to remove the retainer clips holding the old wheels on. Once the clips are removed the wheels slid off and the new wheels slid on I used a light hammer to set the new retainer clips and secure the new wheels. My grill looks brand NEW again!
