Removed old regulator.
Cleaned connection where new regulator was to be installed
Installed new regulator. (Very easy)
Tested by lighting grill - OKAY-
I\'m very glad to have my grill back in operation.

Low delivery of propane to the burner

1 Removed hose from Grill and removed burner
2 Removed control knob old regulator
3 Installed new regulator
4 Reattached burner , control knob, and gas hose
5 Tested grill ; works like new

Valve/regulator not working

1. Removed the old valve, regulator and 2 support brackets.
2. Talked to an erepair agent to confirm model and part number match (which I couldn\'t discern on the website). Also that I could return the part if it did not fit.
3. Installed new valve/reg assembly and supports. Note, I had to remove the burner tube to be able to remount the left side support bracket -- I spent almost an hour trying to attach the support bracket before I realized it was not going to happen unless I removed the burner (duh).
4. Hooked up gas supply and started the grill, no prob!
