Gained access to the manifold assy.
Disconnected gas lines and wiring.
Cleaned and inspected gas tubes.
Installed new manifold. All fittings are flanged so no need for sealants.
Leaked and ops checked.
Reinstalled all trim removed for access.
My grill is 15 years old, the biggest fight was with rust! Cl eaning, treating or removing it.
The actual steps to replacing the manifold were quite easy.
