I followed the printed instructions that came with each package of parts. All it took to do the job was simple tools and a little time. You start by lifting out the charcoal bin and then removing the tabletop (4 screws). With that done all other parts are exposed and easy to get at.

Overall I was quite impressed with the quality of the materials and the step by step instructions. Problems solved!!!!!!!!

I thank \"Ereplacement parts\" for quality parts and fast service.

1. Removed and replaced the one touch cleaning system.
2. Removed the side work surface.
3. Screws and bolts had seized over the last 10 years of use. The screw heads had to be ground off with a hand held grinder to remove the flame tube from the kettle.
4. Replaced parts connected the propane supply, pressed the igniter and my grill was good as new.

Thank you for the great replacement parts so that i can continue to enjoy my Weber Performer Series grill for another decade.

1st, I used a pair of pliers to remove the clip holding the hose to the burner tube, don\'t lose the clip, you\'ll need to reuse it for the new regulator.
2nd, I removed the two screws holding the regulator and removed it
3rd, Reversed the sequence to install the new regulator
This was a very easy repair.

If you follow the instructions sent with the part it will take much longer than indicated. The screws holding the regulator can be reached from underneath, you have to work by feel but it isn\'t difficult using a 1/4 in. nutdriver or socket.
