Screw drivers
Parts Used:

1. Remove the bottom of the batter holder to disconnect the batteries.
2. Remove battery holder top from side of grill (losen screws and slide out of slots).
3. Unplug wires (4) from battery holder top.
4. Remove all burner control knobs (they pull straight off)
5. Remove two screws that hold the front control pane l to the grill.
6. Simultaneously rotate the bottom of the control panel and lift it up slightly.
7. Remove wires (2) from the push button switch - this frees the control panel
8. Remove LED boards from each mounting location by pushing the black pin in, then pull the board out. Repeat for each light.
9. Install new wiring harness by locating each light board in its place and push the pin to secure.
10 Reassemble grill in reverse order.

The wiring harness comes with very good instructions. I also replaced the push button as the water proof cover had deteriorated. New lights work great!
