Waited 8 weeks for the wrong parts
I recently rebuilt my Weber S-670 gas grill. I was able to order the burners, flavorizors, and the burner/flavorizor holders through one source by specifying the S-670 model number. All those parts arrived within 3 days and all were the correct parts. I also wanted a new heat shield/water baffle. The only place I could find those last parts was eReplacementParts.com. Since they had to order the parts from the manufacturer, it took 8 weeks to get the parts to me. The parts I received were not correct for the S-670. When I contacted eRP they said the S-670 model designation was insufficient to identify the correct parts. I'm now in process of returning the parts, at my expense. Hopefully, the rest of the return process is smooth.
