Burner was generating a lot of yellow flames which causes soot at the bottom of the pot.

Removed the rusty four screws that were used to secure the replacement side burner assembly. This took some time and had to use a vice grip to remove the rusty screws. If it is not for the rusty screws it would have been very easy.
Now it works like a completely new side burner. It would be better if it came with the four replacem ent screws.

I am really happy with the replacement assembly.
