Burned-out element

1. Removed the cooking surface grille, using blue nitrile gloves.
2. Used a nut driver to remove the hold-down screw on the burner.
3. R & R-ed the burner element.
4. Replaced the screw and tightened down with the nut driver.
5. Replaced the cooking surface grille.
6. Took 10 minutes to do, if you count my wa lking to and from the grill to my kitchen.
