Caster wheel mounts broke off the bottom panel

1. Removed grill cover
2. Removed grates rack, flavor bars, drip tray, and drip pan.
3. Removed LP gas tank.
4. Removed grill stand door.
5. Laid grill on backside and used screwdriver to remove caster wheels.
6. Used screwdriver and offset driver to remove bottom panel.
7. Reversed steps 1 thru 6 to re assemble.

Base was rusted by hinge point

Biggest problem was rusted screws. Needed to go out and buy a hand impact wrench to loosen rusted screws. Had to drill out a couple of them. Once I got screws free and wheels separated it was easy screwing everything back together. New base came with new screws. The base aligned up properly, looks great.

Removed ignition switch and connected the new switch to the control panel. Took off the bottom panel and attached the new one.
