This is a genuine OEM parts set sourced directly from Weber. It is a two-piece set that includes one wheel and one insert. The insert fits into the end of the frame in order to hold and secure the wheel while still allowing it to swivel in place. Note that the caster insert is also available individually as part # 78851.

1. Removed any of the old parts.
2. Add the new parts in their place.
3 Tighten up the screws and bolts.
4. Popped out the old caster plugs.
5. Insert the new plugs and insert the casters

Locked up wheel

Knocked the bad caster off.

Inserted the new one and pushed on the cart
And seated the new caster.

Casters were worn out, would not rotate or roll

Pulled out the old casters.
Used the screwdriver to tap out the inserts.
Tapped in the new inserts.
Put new casters in the inserts.

The best part of the repair was receiving the correct parts. I used two other sources and both sent me the wrong parts
