Since old hardware was rusted and not in perfect condition to reuse, I ordered new kit. The kit arrived quickly and I put on new clips where panel is cut out a bit so they can easily take new bolt and washer. Everything fit perfectly and I was able to tighten up in less than 15 minutes. The hardware kit from was just what I needed for a quick and quality installation.
