This replacement bezel is a genuine Weber item, it is not an aftermarket imitation. It is sourced from original equipment manufacturer for use with grills. It is the bezel for the lid mounted thermometer which is sold separately. Please note, this metal item is sold individually.

1. Drilled a hole in the Grill cover
2. Inserted the thermometer through the bezel
3. Tightened the wing nut to the underside of the thermometer probe.
I researched the part numbers for the Thermometer & Bezel from a newer Weber Kettle. I then checked inventory on eReplacementParts.com, they had the OEM Weber parts in stock, I ordered and received in a couple days.

1. Unscrewed the wing nut behind the old thermometer in the grill shroud.
2. Removed the old thermometer from the bezel.
3. Inserted new thermometer in the bezel.
4. Tightened the wing nut.
5. Tested the grille--all systems go!
