Uneven gas flow to burners would cause individual burners to not stay lit.

Replacement of the valve manifold (includes new line and regulator) was easy. Pull out the top shelf, remove 2 screws to expose the manifold, remove 2 clips and two nuts. Replace in reverse, took 15 minute max.

The problem started when the front burner (main burner used to start grill) would run fine for a while, but then the gas flow would decrease just for that burner and the flame would decrease to nearly nothing...temp would drop (although other burners would seem to remain running at desired setting). Simple replacement returned the grill to running like new. Heck, it\'s 15 years old, still in great shape and runs like new now.
