Arrived without knob, expensive to ship return
Missing the knob when it arrived. Cost me $14.84 to return to eReplacement. Two weeks after I contacted Customer Service about the missing piece (and 12 days after I paid to return), I received a return label from eReplacement, which I should have received (or at least been informed that I would receive) the return label when I first contacted Customer Service about the missing piece.
