This is an OEM replacement part for Cuisinart griddles. The cleaning scraper helps you maintain and clean the griddle plates on your griddle. This part is made of flexible plastic and is sold individually. To use just match the scrapper forks to the lines of the griddle plate, and move it back and forth to remove stuck on food and grease.
